As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top medical professionals, conducting thorough interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will work closely with our healthcare teams to understand their needs and source candidates who align with our company's values and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top-tier medical professionals through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial and advanced interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Coordinate the onboarding process, including document verification, orientation, and training.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to find and engage potential candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the medical field.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top medical professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse.
• Certification in healthcare recruitment or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
