📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide specialized care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including pre- and post-operative care, wound management, and rehabilitation.
• Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Use advanced tools such as the Epic EHR system and Medtronic Orthopedic Implants to document patient care and manage medical equipment.
• Educate patients and their families about their orthopedic conditions, treatment plans, and rehabilitation exercises.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient room, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Certification as an Orthopedic Nurse (e.g., Certified Orthopedic Nurse (CON) or Certified Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner (CONP)).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with the Epic EHR system and other relevant medical software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
