📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Manage key client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the financial services and debt recovery industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
