📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive security programs for Google's operational technology (OT) environments in Singapore.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security controls are integrated into the design and deployment of OT systems.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security risks in OT environments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, working closely with incident response teams to contain and remediate threats.
• Stay current with emerging security trends, technologies, and threats, and incorporate this knowledge into security programs.
• Provide security training and awareness programs to employees and stakeholders to promote a security-first culture.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of security programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in security program management, with a focus on operational technology (OT) security.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
• Experience with OT security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and network security devices.
• Certifications in security program management, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective security strategies.
• Experience working in a global environment, with a strong understanding of international security standards and regulations.
