As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top medical professionals, conducting thorough interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will work closely with our healthcare teams to understand their needs and source candidates who align with our company's values and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top-tier medical professionals through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct initial and advanced interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
Coordinate the onboarding process, including document verification, orientation, and training.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to find and engage potential candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the medical field.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top medical professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse.
Certification in healthcare recruitment or related fields is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
