As a Guru Bimbingan & Konseling at Kanaan Global School, you'll be responsible for providing individual and group counseling sessions, helping students navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, addressing academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement school-wide counseling programs.
• Conduct assessments and interventions using evidence-based practices and tools like the Student Strengths Inventory and Individual Counseling Records.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counseling and attend professional development workshops and training.
• Participate in school events and activities, supporting the overall mission of Kanaan Global School.
• Work with parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student support and communicate regularly about students' progress.
• Document and track counseling sessions, maintaining accurate records and reporting on student progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Certification as a School Counselor from a recognized institution, such as the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) or the National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification (NCE).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in school counseling and familiarity with tools like the Student Strengths Inventory and Individual Counseling Records.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives and commitment to Kanaan Global School's mission.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
