As a Clinical Child Psychologist at Seven Retail Group, you will work closely with young individuals, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive. You will use your expertise in child psychology to develop and implement programs that promote healthy development and well-being.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of children to identify developmental issues and provide appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement individual and group therapy programs to support children's emotional, cognitive, and social development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for children.
• Monitor children's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child psychology.
• Provide training and support to other team members on child development and psychological interventions.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about child development and mental health.
• Document and maintain accurate records of children's assessments, treatments, and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Master's degree in Clinical Child Psychology or a related field.
• Licensed Clinical Child Psychologist or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical child psychology.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
