📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of clinical and administrative facilities, including dental chairs, equipment, and office spaces.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage maintenance contracts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor and report on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with the dental team to address facility-related issues and ensure smooth operations during clinical procedures.
• Utilize facility management software such as SAP or Oracle to track maintenance activities and manage work orders.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to assess compliance with standards and identify potential risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RICS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, HACCP, or OHSAS 18001.
• Proficient in using facility management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
