📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Investigate and address reports of inappropriate or harmful content, taking appropriate action to maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content moderation policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze trends in user behavior and content to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and guidance to users to help them understand and adhere to community guidelines.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to content moderation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content moderation, attending relevant training and workshops.
• Report on key metrics and performance indicators to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community guidelines and best practices for online safety and inclusivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make objective and fair decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities is a plus.
