As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
