🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a ServiceNow Systems Administrator, preferably in a similar role.,Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator (Certified System Administrator - CSA) is a plus.,Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and integrations.,Solid knowledge of database management and scripting languages such as JavaScript.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
