📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
