Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and industry regulations.,Oversee the mechanical design process, from concept to prototype to production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their careers.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure that mechanical designs are feasible and meet customer requirements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the design and development process.,Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues, and provide solutions to improve product performance and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, ASME, and ANSI.
