📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and present strategic reports to stakeholders, including senior management and investors.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.,Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure the continued success of the corporate planning function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.,Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
