📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
