Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the development of web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers to improve their skills.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborating with the design team to implement user interfaces.
• Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
• Participating in project planning and estimation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack or Gulp.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
