📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth.
• Monitor client performance and provide strategic advice to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Participate in sales activities and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Report on client performance and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
