PRIMA Dinamis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in fleet management to gain valuable industry knowledge and skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fueling, and inspections.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, and manage relationships with service providers.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs, and ensure compliance with fuel policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the fleet manager, including data entry and report preparation.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet management staff.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the fleet manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations if required.
