📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Supervise and train a team of crew members to maintain high standards of service,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
