📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures,Provide financial advice and guidance to management and employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations
