📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to customers in a professional and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.,Interact with customers to understand their drink preferences and provide excellent service.,Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beverage industry.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Good multitasking and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic bar equipment and tools.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and home).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
