🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRIS and strategic HR roles.
- Proven track record in managing HR projects and initiatives.
- Certification in HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
