📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community guidance programs that align with provincial development goals.
• Conduct regular community assessments to identify needs and challenges.
• Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure program success.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Provide training and workshops to community members on various skills and knowledge areas.
• Foster partnerships with local businesses to support community development initiatives.
• Represent the provincial government at community events and forums.
• Ensure compliance with all provincial and national regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community guidance or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing community development programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Trello.
• Certification in Community Development or Public Administration is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
