📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greets and assists customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answers and directs inquiries about services, products, and company information.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Coordinates appointments and schedules for service technicians and other staff members.

Assists with inventory management and ordering.

Ensures the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

Provides excellent customer service and resolves any issues or concerns promptly.

Assists with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with basic office software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and polite demeanor.

Fluency in Indonesian language.
