📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and schedules to develop cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial regulations.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 for cost estimation and project management.
• Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other cost estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment expenses.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
