As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.,Ensure the smooth execution of events by overseeing the flow of activities and addressing any issues that arise.,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and advertise events.,Maintain accurate records of event details and participant information.,Assist in post-event evaluations and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines for event planning.,Previous experience in the hospitality or catering industry is a plus.
