Lead the design and planning processes for infrastructure projects,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Oversee the use of Primavera P6 software for project management and scheduling,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams,Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure design and planning,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in design and planning for infrastructure projects,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering infrastructure projects,Proficiency in using Primavera P6 software for project management and scheduling,Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Fluency in English is a must, Indonesian language is a plus
