📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistency in brand standards and company policies.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
