📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide technical support to employees.
  • Implement and manage IT security measures to protect the company's data and systems.
  • Drive innovation in our technology landscape by staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior system administrators and IT staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet the company's business needs.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing IT solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications in IT-related fields are a plus.
