📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
