📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage mass hiring initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
Oversee HR operations across multiple outlets in Ponorogo, ensuring consistency and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with outlet managers to align HR practices with business objectives.
Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools to streamline HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing mass hiring processes and HR operations in the F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
