📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Monitor and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage and train logistics staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food and beverage industry logistics is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
