📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food services.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
